Refund policy
At Snip And Style, operated by Snip and Style Marketing LLC (EIN 98-1972836), we sell digital products, including hair-styling eBooks, at-home styling guides, and downloadable hair-care content.
Because our products are digital and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.
Digital Products
No physical item is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to a digital product through email, download link, order confirmation page, or another online delivery method.
Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, it cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchases.
- Not reading the product description.
- Expecting a physical book, printed chart, or hair tool.
- Personal dislike of the techniques, format, or content.
- Device or software incompatibility.
- Results that vary depending on hair type, products used, or skill level.
Exceptions
We may review a refund request if:
- You were charged twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access due to a technical issue.
- The file is defective and we cannot replace it.
- You received the wrong product.
- There is clear evidence of an unauthorized transaction.
To request help, contact us at info@snip-and-style.com with your name, order email, order number if available, and a description of the issue.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method when possible.
